A drug syndicate is using a run-down hotel/motel as a 
front for their base of operations for their illegal activities.
Word has spread that Interpol will be conducting a raid.
 
Terrorists: Less is more. Destroy any of the two caches to hamper the
anti-drug campaign by the authorities and eliminate vital evidence.

Counter-Terrorists: Moles in the department have spread word of the 
incoming raid on the run-down motel. Protect any of the two caches
which are vital for the authorities to succeed.
